ESCO må kontinuerlig forbedres for å forbli en merverdi for arbeidsmarkedet og utdannings- og opplæringssystemene, ettersom nye yrker og ferdigheter regelmessig etterspørres av arbeidsgivere, og endringer i læreplaner og terminologi blir også regelmessig innført i utdannings- og opplæringsprogrammer. For å møte disse endringene er det viktig å dele tilbakemeldinger, forslag og ideer om hvordan man kan forbedre innholdet og styringen av klassifiseringen med organisasjoner som bruker ESCO og andre ESCO-interessenter.
